Cancellations and Payments

  • Cancellations must be done with AT LEAST 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be added to your next salon visit. If you would like to receive e-mail and/or text messages as reminders, please notify us at the time you make your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals
    At Simplicity Salon we understand that your time is valuable to you. We ask that you are prompt to arrive according to your appointment time, so that we may start on time. Clients that arrive 15 minutes after their appointment time will have to be worked back in to the schedule or asked to reschedule. Clients that arrive 30 minutes after their appointment will be considered a no show.

  • Payment Methods
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit card and cash as payment for services rendered and product purchase. Gratuities are traditionally offered to recognize excellent customer service, should you wish to tip your stylist and or assistant, you can do so with cash or check made out to the service provider.
